It’ nearly time for our main event of the year.

The COSSAG Art Prize and finalist exhibition.

The exhibition will be open to the public:

15th of June to the 18th of June 10am to 4pm daily.

Opening night is 6pm on the 15th of June in the Hanley Room, Francis Rush Centre.

With light refreshments & prize announcements.

Each year COSSAG puts a call out to artists to create to a theme.

This year we chose:

We are often made to encounter situations of urgent need (in others). There is always someone who is hungry or thirsty and who needs me. I cannot delegate this to someone else. This poor person needs me, my help, my word, my commitment. We are all involved in this.

Artists have been invited to respond to this theme and enter COSSAG’s Art Awards & Exhibition.  

There is a pool prize of $4000 with all prizes being non-acquisitive
