Our special guest speaker Dr Lindsay Farrell talked about the history and his experiences with the Camino.

“I Thirst”

The COSSAG art prize and finalist exhibition opened on the 15th of June.

Live painting at the cathedral.

“Divine Inspiration: Art & Music”

Art and music have always been integral in helping us express our spirituality. Over the ages music has soothed the soul and stirred the heart as it still does today.

Guest speakers:

By Dr Andrew Cichy – musical director at the Cathedral of St Stephen

by Dr Maeve Louise Heaney – ACU – Lecturer – Theology and Philosophy
In addition a selection of visual art inspired by music on display. The art exhibition was launched at this special event and then travelled to the ACU gallery at Banyo.

 

“All are one” art prize and exhibition

“All are One” is a theme of inclusion and connection.

Our theme was inspired by Galatians 3:28

“There is neither Jew nor Gentile, neither slave nor free, nor is there male and female, for you are all one in Christ Jesus”
